Calibration Method of the Pressure Sensor of the N2 Machine
After the new computer board is fixed into the machine, it might happen that this new computer board is not consistent with the original pressure sensor. Therefore, it is suggested that you make a calibration about the pressure sensor after you finish the installation of the new computer board. Please find the calibration steps as below:
At first, you need to find a standard gas supply of 9 kg/cm2.
1. Press the “+” and “-” time setting keys at the same time, and start the machine’s power.
2. Undo the “+” and “-” time setting keys when the time display shows P0.
3. Press the unit switch key for confirmation.
4. Press the unit switch key again for confirmation when the time display shows P1.
5. Press the pressure setting key and set the pressure to be 9 kg/cm2.
6. Connect the sensor with the gas supply of 9 kg/cm2 (please use a gas hose with pressure gauge and ball valve to connect the air compressor and the sensor. When the pressure reached 9 kg/cm2 on the pressure gauge, please close the ball valve of the gas hose.)
7. Press the unit switch key again for confirmation. Then the machine begins to vacuum automatically, which indicates that the calibration has finished.
8. The machine will work normally after restarting.
Please note: The circuitry of the PCB must be connected strictly according to the original circuit to avoid wrong connection during the PCB replacement.
